Remnant Study Bible NKJV (Genuine Leather) RP1059
This is a new Bible published by Remnant Publications (2009), based in MI. It uses the NKJV 1982 Thomas Nelson's copyright translation. In my opinion, the best translation. The Bible measures 9.75" x 6.75' x 1.5". The length and width was from the cover's border; from inside would have been .5" shorter, a good size by any standards. The leather is of excellent quality, very suple and not too thin, with a matte finish. The gold lettering at the front and spine was done nicely, nothing fancy but giving a great first impression. There are no raised hubs on the spine. This Bible is smyth sewn and if you are looking for one in the NKJV translation with a good size type, this might be the only one in the market! The type is dark and there is not much bleeding, including from the blue shades where EGW's comments are captured. The size is about 10-11, but considering that the words are spread horizontaly rather than vertically, it is easy to read even without my reading glasses. The pages are thin as you will expect, but definitely thicker than my other Bibles, a nice find as some people like to write notes. If in the margin, about .5" is provided on each page. The content is simply, magnificent. Not only has a concordance and maps, but also sections such as: the Parables of Jesus, His miracles, the Sanctuary (in color), Daniel's Prophecies, the 2,300 day Prophecy, a Jewish calendar, Bible symbols, etc. But my favorite is a Chain Reference introducing the reader to 20 Bible Studies! Anyone can give a Bible study with this Bible, Praise the Lord! It also has little things that were well thought, for example: The charts and the sections titled "Nothing to Fear", Prophecies of Daniel and the Sanctuary to be Cleansed" were printed in thicker pages (to compensate for the color images) but they added a complete signature (the long printed Bible page folded before being stitched) before and after to facilitate a smooth transition between the thin pages and the thick pages: Very smart! Lastly, the number of EGW books used for the comments was kept to 10, but without a doubt, a very practical selection with perfect matching quotes to the Bible verses. All in all, it is my humble opinion this is by far the best NKJV Bible available today. And having this treasure in genuine leather is just icing on the cake. What a wonderful way to have God's Word and the quotes of Ellen White at the same time. Highly Recommended for those who love the NKJV.

I just want to say that I've had my Study Bible for about three Months or so and I just love what you guys did with it. I mean all of Ellen Whites comments in it and The Chain refrence Study Guides...Wow!! I was so impressed with Mine I ordered one for my Wife and she equally loves it. What a blessing to have this. I use it a lot. It's used in my prison Minstry, Sabbath School when I teach and when I prepair Sermons. Although I'm not a Pastor I'm a very active Lay Person in our Church and this has been a huge blessing. Well thought out and easy to use.
